customers the value of its products. Divided into six parts, Keo Sung manufactures rubber products as
meticulously and consecutively as follows:
Raw materials (i.e. the silicon rubber) are all mixed into a roller machine and then transferred to the Press Machine phase.
This is the phase critical for the molding process of the materials and for placing the conductive / carbon. After which, the materials are placed inside the oven for two (2) hours to reach the exact hardness required for the quality of keypads.
Along with this, opening of the holes necessary for PVC materials is also conducted.
To put identification and numbers to telephone keypads, materials undergo this phase and then, depending on the product requirements, put into the coating machine.
All materials finally undergo this significant phase for quality inspection and packing.
